Sean Ferguson is a visionary artist based in South-East Queensland, Australia, dedicated to creating immersive, nature-inspired artworks. As the founder of Project Zen, Sean specializes in Biophilic designs that merge preserved moss and epoxy resin, evoking serene environments.
Sean's artistic journey reflects a commitment to sustainability and aesthetic innovation. His background in design and media creation, coupled with a passion for fine arts and environmental influences, informs his unique approach.
Through Project Zen, Sean combines the organic beauty of moss with epoxy resin, crafting pieces that promote well-being and healing.Drawing inspiration from the local landscapes of the West Moreton region, Sean's artworks fuse nature's tranquility with contemporary design, inspiring a deeper connection to the natural world.
His creations not only transform spaces visually but also contribute to the growing trend of Biophilic design, which seeks to integrate nature into architectural and interior spaces.
In addition to his work with Project Zen, Sean recently launched Creative Hearts Co., a pop-up art gallery at Orion Shopping Centre in Springfield Central. Built in just two weeks, this gallery served as a creative hub for local artists, celebrating and nurturing creativity in the Springfield community. This initiative highlights Sean's commitment to fostering artistic expression and community and paved the first step to setting up the next Art Gallery@:
